We used them a few weeks back for one of our listings. They were very professional, communicated well, and did a great job servicing two units for us. I especially liked how I received a text with a picture of the tech who was en route when I got the 20-minute 'On our way' update. Keith was fantastic, as was the whole experience. They offer service plans that allow for monthly billing, which is different from most of the A/C companies I've used previously. I highly recommend them.

I work for a property management company and we love using Dr. Kool. Our latest experience was one of our four-story buildings had a major clog and started backing up to the third floor, and it was after hours. What did we do, might you ask? We called the doctor! They had great customer service from the answering service to the tech Elijah. Elijah was such a gentleman over the phone and just as great when he was onsite. The next day, I received a follow-up from Mark and Jennifer Manor. They let me know what had happened and how often does an owner from the company reach out? Overall, it was a great experience, and the doctor came to the rescue!

Awesome company! We recently started the maintenance program with Dr. Kool. Gary was out this week for a maintenance visit, and he did an outstanding job servicing our unit. In fact, our coils have never been cleaner (outside of when it was brand new). :) The scheduling process was also very smooth as it's easy to get in touch with someone for scheduling. On Saturday, we had something pop up, and Elijah came out right away (within an hour or so of contacting them). He was absolutely wonderful—very knowledgeable, precise, explained everything along the way (and in a way that I could understand and was so caring) and thorough in resolving the issue. What a Wonderful Caring Company!
What a wonderful caring company! Mark the owner originally came out to evaluate our needs for a new A/C and gave us three levels of options to consider. After talking with Mark and hearing his business philosophy, I knew we would go with Dr. Kool. The quotes were all competitive and within 4 days we were having our failing A/C replaced with a new one. The team of technicians are reliable, knowledgeable, honest and clean up after themselves. We hit a small glitch as the area for our A/C is in the laundry room and very tight and my dryer accidentally got dented. Mark sent out two techs to inspect the damage and the same day their office called my dryer manufacturer and ordered a new dryer top. What a class act.
